  • General Conditions:
    • Egyptian nationals or foreigners with residence permits.
    • Minimum age of 21 years for holders of the primary card and 18 for holders of the supplementary card.

    • Against cash collateral  (investment certificates, certificates of deposit, saving accounts) in any of NBE branches.
    • HR letter by the employer stating monthly net income, the date of hiring and title.
